Two central halls of the Museum & Exhibition Complex of the School of Water Colour are devoted to the creativity of the National Artist of Russia Sergey Andriaka. Here, there are traditional opening days, concerts and master-classes.

In halls of temporary exhibitions, works from the richest collections of museums from Russia, devoted to both Russian and Western European art and to water colour of the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century are regularly shown. These exhibitions are shown within the framework of the “Masterpieces of Museum Collections» project. Muscovites and visitors to the capital have already become acquainted with the creativity of great masters of the past from museums of Kaluga, Ryazan, Ulyanovsk, Yaroslavl, Ufa, Rybinsk, Penza, Kazan and St Petersburg. In addition, at the exhibitions of the School of Water Colour you can also view paintings by modern artists.

Our employees will provide excursions with pleasure for you through all floors of the ancient private residence, and will show the small showroom where S.N. Andriaka’s works created during trips abroad are on display. It is possible to visit creative workshops of artists and to put your own skills to test at a trial lesson in the Cupola Hall, and watch an educational video film with a recording of a master-class by S.N.
